Tip 4 – Negative Splits

 

Negative splits are probably the most efficient and definitely the most difficult way to run distances. The KIP RunPacer makes it easy to create these exercises and run exactly as planned.

 

Here is an example of 800 meters divided into 8 segments, each of which is slightly faster than the previous segment.
